If you purchase one type of filler during this promotion and, at the time of treatment, we feel you would benefit from a different type of filler, we will adjust the price or credit your account, as applicable, at that time. Filler must be used within one calendar year of purchase and may be used at more than one appointment.

These specials are for established patients of Lakes Dermatology. If you are new to cosmetic treatments, we will require a consultation with one of our physicians prior to any treatment to ensure that the treatment is safe and will be effective for you. If we feel an alternative treatment would be better suited for you, we will credit your account for the value of the filler or botulinum toxin that you purchased.
